Record cash or online payments per month. Expiry is extended automatically and members are marked active, due or cancelled.
Monthly income, expenses, net profit, active members and pending fees — with a 6-month income vs expense chart, payment-mode breakdown and new admissions.

Every gym’s data is fully separate, and each gym’s member photos are stored in its own cloud storage. Staff log in with their own accounts, and the platform team can pause an account if needed.
